KEEP YOUR ATTENDEES SAFE WITH

THIS EVENT PLANNING TECHNOLOGY

January 25, 2021

by: Tamara O’Malley & Dawn Lyons

As the tides of this pandemic being to change and the glimmer of an in person event can be seen off in the distance, a happy, welcomed reality is slowly setting in:

Soon, we will once again be able to gather together.

At Corinthian Events, we are preparing for that day knowing we have a responsibility to do everything we can to ensure that guests and employees are entering an environment that is safe and where everyone feels completely comfortable.

Amazing technology has been put to the test as we have all become reliant on the virtual world. We have been watching how technology will play a part as we gather live.  One bit of technology that stands out to us is a Mobile+Web application for event organizers to track, monitor and create safe environments for events called CrowdPass.

This software will allow us to “pre-clear” attendees for live events. Simply put,  in advance of the event, attendees can fill out a health screening form and upload either negative COVID tests and/or confirmation that they have received the vaccine.  On the back end, you will then be able to see which of your attendees has completed the process, which may not be able to attend, and who is still outstanding. This platform is easy to use for attendees and will put your guests’ mind at ease knowing that you are tracking all of this information.

Let Corinthian Events show you how this technology works.  When you are ready to start thinking about your next gathering, give us a call or send us a message! We are here to help you do so safely, successfully, and streamlined.
