Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit — Large Scale Public Event Production
Corinthian Events partnered with Forbes to produce the inaugural Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit, transforming Boston’s City Hall Plaza into a dynamic, fully functional event venue. Over twelve days of on-site production, our team worked closely with the City of Boston to navigate regulations and bring a complex urban build to life. The three-day summit included a mobile mainstage, high-end audio and lighting, multiple clear-span tents, branded fencing, and extensive infrastructure ranging from security and Wi-Fi to utilities and janitorial services.
Managing a multi-million-dollar budget with complete transparency, we oversaw dozens of sponsors, food and beverage partners, and talent teams to ensure a premium guest experience at every touchpoint. From beer gardens to sponsor activations, every detail was designed with intention and executed with precision. This landmark program marked Forbes’ first large-scale summit in Boston and demonstrated our expertise in delivering polished, high-impact events in complex public spaces.
The week’s highlight was an elegant awards ceremony featuring a theatrical dance performance, followed by a closing celebration at the iconic Natural History Museum. Corinthian Events handled all travel logistics, venue sourcing, and on-site hospitality to ensure every moment was seamless and inspiring.
Senior Healthcare Leadership Summit
The Summit is a partner-focused, content-rich forum that brings together 150 to 200 senior healthcare leaders for meaningful conversations about the future of biotech and pharmaceuticals. This annual gathering draws executives driving healthcare innovation and features thought-provoking panels, expert presentations, and discussions centered on the latest trends shaping the field.
Alongside formal sessions, attendees participate in informal collaborations, partner meetings, and evening receptions designed to foster connection. Corinthian Events supported the experience by coordinating meeting flow, setting up collaborative gathering spaces, and managing onsite logistics to ensure each touchpoint felt seamless and welcoming. The result was an engaging environment where leaders could learn, connect, and build the partnerships that advance the healthcare ecosystem.
Our team supported the client through every phase — from strategic planning and logistics coordination ahead of the event to real-time on-site management throughout. To ensure flawless execution, we managed all in-person components including A/V, rehearsals, site setup and breakdown, registration, and on-site coordination.
In addition, our team executed a hybrid component by developing a custom event website, managing the event platform, and integrating consistent branding across both the in-person and virtual experience. The result was a polished, professional, and seamless event that delivered clarity, confidence, and connection to attendees around the worldOur team oversees food and beverage across all properties and produces three standout off-site dinners: a partners-only beachfront event, a tented gala at a historic mansion built within a 180x81 foot structure, and a waterfront takeover featuring live entertainment and guest activities.
To keep engagement high, we coordinate 20 simultaneous tours and activities staffed by more than 30 team members and guides. Transportation logistics run across 10 trolleys and up to 7 motorcoaches to move guests smoothly between hotels, meetings, activities, and evening events. From materials and name tags to meeting flow and guest movement, we deliver a polished, seamless leadership program that remains one of the client’s most significant gatherings.
