Iconic Boston Venues Brought to Life
When our client selected Boston for their annual incentive program, we curated a three day experience highlighting some of the city’s most iconic venues. After transforming the host hotel for a speakeasy reception and a gothic masquerade gala, guests enjoyed exclusive off-site events including private access to Fenway Park and TD Garden. Paired with a sports-themed keynote and seamless production and logistics, the program showcased Boston’s energy and character through memorable, thoughtfully designed spaces.
Venue Sourcing for a New Long Term Gala Home
When Team IMPACT set out to relocate their signature Game Day Gala, Corinthian Events led the venue search and ultimately secured The TRACK at New Balance — a state of the art facility that had never hosted an event of this size. What began as a perfect fit quickly revealed strict venue limitations, from restrictions on the track surface and no hanging elements to limited food and beverage zones, reduced floor space, and tightly controlled load in routes.
Through extensive site visits and close coordination with venue stakeholders, we developed a layout that met every requirement, secured more than 1,000 specialty chairs during peak season, and installed custom flooring to support the gala’s 360 degree bar and high energy program. The result was a seamless, high impact event for 1,000 guests and the establishment of The TRACK as the gala’s new long term home — a testament to strategic venue sourcing and creative problem solving.
