A 5,500-Person Family Day at Fenway Par
To celebrate company-wide milestones, our client hosted a Launch Party and Family Day for 5,500 guests with a full buyout of Boston’s iconic Fenway Park. Corinthian Events transformed the entire stadium into an immersive experience designed for employees and their families to connect, celebrate, and enjoy the culture of the organization.
The Concourse came alive with themed food stations, bars, games, live entertainment, and a dedicated kids’ zone. The Sam Deck became a vibrant sushi and cocktail lounge with a band performing toward the field, while 521 Overlook transformed into a high-energy gaming area. Additional food and beverage offerings stretched through the Royal Rooters Club, Truly Terrace, and Bleacher Bar, giving guests plenty of space to explore and enjoy.
Every corner of Fenway was reimagined to create a lively, memorable celebration that honored the company’s success in a setting that reflects the spirit of Boston.
Citywide Challenge Event — Community Impact in Action
Corinthian Events transformed Cambridge into a lively, Amazing Race–style competition where 43 teams completed over 40 challenges to support local non-profits. We managed registration, fundraising logistics, and a custom real time scoring app, culminating in a festive block party with food, entertainment, and awards. The event brought together 380 participants and raised more than $25,000 for the community — a powerful showcase of teamwork, engagement, and local impact.
