Proof in Experience
Summer Camp Soirée – Boston, Massachusetts
For the final night of a three-day conference, Corinthian Events transformed Boston’s SOWA Power Station into a lively “Summer Camp Soirée.” Guests were invited to connect and unwind in a warm, playful atmosphere inspired by nostalgic summer fun.
The venue came to life with rustic rentals, greenery, custom décor, and overhead lighting, even featuring sections of indoor turf to evoke the outdoors. Entertainment flowed throughout the space, with lawn games, LED swings, a stilt walker, a bluegrass band, and a DJ closing out the night. “Camp counselors” greeted guests with Polaroid photos, while a canoe photo op became a highlight.
The culinary experience matched the theme with vegan Frito pies, grilled foil packs, novelty ice creams, and a s’mores bar — a playful yet elevated nod to campfire favorites. Through creative storytelling and layered design, Corinthian Events transformed an industrial venue into a whimsical, interactive experience.
Newport Summer Outing
For a three day summer outing in Newport, our client wanted a program that felt fun, seamless, and purposefully designed for connection. With only a few weeks to plan, our team moved quickly to craft a strategic experience that balanced logistics, creativity, and thoughtful guest care.
We mapped out a full program strategy that included transportation planning, Kosher hospitality design, teambuilding concepts, CSR integration, and immersive evening events. Every touchpoint was planned with intention. Field day teambuilding was built around casual, free-flowing play. CSR came to life through a coastline cleanup with measurable impact. Evening environments shifted from classic Newport to a bold Great Gatsby theme, complete with a hidden afterparty reveal that transformed the space mid-event.
Our design approach focused on storytelling and flow, using entertainment, venue features, and guest movement to shape each moment. From custom Kosher menu solutions to the dramatic dinner-to-afterparty flip, every detail supported an elevated, cohesive experience.
The result was a high-energy, well-designed Newport program that delivered connection, surprise, and a strong sense of place.
