  • Private Workforce Management Company - London Sales Incentive Experience

    Each year, our client rewards its top performers with a once-in-a-lifetime incentive trip, and in 2023, London set the stage for an unforgettable experience. Guests were welcomed with an upscale European dinner before exploring the city through exclusive tours of Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London, curated food tastings, and river cruises along the Thames.

    The week’s highlight was an elegant awards ceremony featuring a theatrical dance performance, followed by a closing celebration at the iconic Natural History Museum. Corinthian Events handled all travel logistics, venue sourcing, and on-site hospitality to ensure every moment was seamless and inspiring.


  • Private Equity Client — Annual General Meeting

    For the past three years, Corinthian Events has partnered with a private equity client to provide logistics planning and meeting management for their Annual General Meeting (AGM). This multi-day program brings investors together for updates on current funds and future opportunities.

    Our team supported the client through every phase — from strategic planning and logistics coordination ahead of the event to real-time on-site management throughout. To ensure flawless execution, we managed all in-person components including A/V, rehearsals, site setup and breakdown, registration, and on-site coordination.

    In addition, our team executed a hybrid component by developing a custom event website, managing the event platform, and integrating consistent branding across both the in-person and virtual experience. The result was a polished, professional, and seamless event that delivered clarity, confidence, and connection to attendees around the worldOur team oversees food and beverage across all properties and produces three standout off-site dinners: a partners-only beachfront event, a tented gala at a historic mansion built within a 180x81 foot structure, and a waterfront takeover featuring live entertainment and guest activities.

    To keep engagement high, we coordinate 20 simultaneous tours and activities staffed by more than 30 team members and guides. Transportation logistics run across 10 trolleys and up to 7 motorcoaches to move guests smoothly between hotels, meetings, activities, and evening events. From materials and name tags to meeting flow and guest movement, we deliver a polished, seamless leadership program that remains one of the client’s most significant gatherings.
