Global Industrial Technology Company — Biennial Leadership Summit
This biennial Leadership Summit brought senior global leaders together for three days of collaboration, strategic content, and future-focused problem solving. Designed as an immersive retreat-style experience, our team managed every detail from the earliest planning stages through the final farewell. Corinthian Events oversaw site selection, hotel management, speaker solicitation, registration buildout, transportation logistics, theme and program development, curated tours, and off-site events. The result was a seamless, high engagement program that supported deep conversation, strong connections, and a refreshed sense of direction for the organization’s top executives.
Investment Management Client — Executive Partner Meeting in Newport
Every two years, this investment management client brings 600 Partners and Managing Directors to Newport for a high-impact internal meeting. With full buyouts at the city’s three largest hotels, Corinthian Events manages the entire meeting infrastructure, including registration, hotel contracts, rooming lists, hospitality staffing, and support for a closed-door partner meeting plus two full days of company sessions and breakouts.
Our team oversees food and beverage across all properties and produces three standout off-site dinners: a partners-only beachfront event, a tented gala at a historic mansion built within a 180x81 foot structure, and a waterfront takeover featuring live entertainment and guest activities.
To keep engagement high, we coordinate 20 simultaneous tours and activities staffed by more than 30 team members and guides. Transportation logistics run across 10 trolleys and up to 7 motorcoaches to move guests smoothly between hotels, meetings, activities, and evening events. From materials and name tags to meeting flow and guest movement, we deliver a polished, seamless leadership program that remains one of the client’s most significant gatherings.
