The Registration & Event Technology Manager at Corinthian Events plays a crucial role in supporting client events, partners, and the planning team by creating seamless and user-friendly registration experiences for special events and meetings. This role requires maintaining an exceptionally high level of customer service while providing expert guidance to clients on registration needs, website configurations, meeting management, and overall attendee management. The Registration & Event Technology Manager is also responsible for managing RSVP data, hotel requests via rooming lists, data integrity, and other tasks associated with attendee communication and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Registration Website Management: Write content, design, and manage registration website builds in Cvent and similar platforms, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of event registration, providing clear and timely updates.
• Registration Coordination: Oversee the entire registration process from start to finish, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
• Attendee Support: Field questions from attendees, providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Multitasking & Monitoring: Manage and monitor multiple registration builds simultaneously, maintaining high standards across all projects.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that every interaction—from client to attendee to staff—is positive and memorable, reflecting Corinthian Events’ commitment to excellence.
• Team & Budget Management: Demonstrate success in managing event registration teams, developing budgets, and achieving financial goals. Time tracking and reporting on project progress at determined intervals.
• Data Management: Confidently use Excel to present attendee data and insights, delivering clear reports to planners and clients on registration progress.
• Company Reporting: Ability to understand and report on registration department ROI throughout the year.
To Be Successful in This Role:
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience, is preferred.

Qualifications:
• Event Management Software Experience: Experience with registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Greenvelope, Bizzabo, etc., with a preference for Cvent.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the event industry; DMC or Meeting Management experience is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, with the capability to manage complex timelines and multiple projects simultaneously. Time tracking and reporting on project progress.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, IF, COUNTA, and COUNTIF.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Suite, Google Docs, and Google Workspace.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and handle competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience & Positivity: Ability to remain positive and productive in demanding situations, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Event Coordinator
ApplyThe Event Coordinator is an essential member of the Corinthian Events team, supporting Event Managers, Senior Event Managers, Directors, and Partners in the planning and execution of high-end events across Boston, Newport, and the greater New England area. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends office administration with hands-on event logistics — no two days look the same. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives under pressure. While direct client contact will be limited at this level, this position offers meaningful exposure to the luxury events industry and a clear path for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for office operations.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s client database.
• Collaborate in creating unique experiences for high-end clients across Boston, Newport, and the New England area.
• Conduct vendor research to gather essential information such as rules, regulations, and pricing.
• Develop proposals in PowerPoint using established templates.
• Help curate client budgets in Excel, following existing templates.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings via Teams or Zoom.
• Prepare client and event-related documents, including contracts, addendums, packing lists, production schedules, and workback schedules, utilizing provided templates.
• Manage the ordering process for event-related items from décor and retail vendors, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and breakdown.
• Assist in arranging site inspections, transportation scheduling, and vendor visits.
• Participate in all stages of event execution, from load-in to load-out, including extended hours on evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
• Handle confidential client information with discretion.
• Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts.
• Represent the Corinthian Events brand professionally at all industry events.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-demand, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods during event execution on a variety of surfaces and venues.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of professional work experience post-graduation is required. Experience in hospitality, events, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the Corinthian Events brand professionally in all interactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in accordance with event schedules.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented in a high-pressure environment with competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
