We promised you a closer look at some of our fun June events and we're starting with the Glass Dinners! Developed for a corporate client, we were charged with finding an upscale dine-around solution in Boston for 1,000+ guests visiting our fabulous city. Instead of the typical restaurant solution, our team sourced three of the largest venues (all featuring a world class view) in Boston to execute three simultaneous experiences. The selected venues: The Moakley Federal Courthouse, The John F. Kennedy Library and Museum, and The Institute of Contemporary Art were each decked out in vibrant citrus tones for a summer feel. The goal was to create three very similar affairs regardless of which venue the guests were assigned to visit! Thanks to our fantastic catering partners, te menus were close to identical and the service was impeccable. Guests boarded waiting motor coaches and were swiftly transferred to one of the venues where they were greeted with live music, tasty hors d'oeuvres and of course, lots of wine! As the common thread in each of these venues is an expansive glass window that displays the Boston skyline from the water, we played off of this look and incorporated “glass" into each of the décor elements. From centerpieces to lucite chairs the translucent elements really refined the look of each space and coordinated nicely with the lime and melon citrus tones, and hence dubbing this series of events the “Glass Dinners." As always, we just had a blast making these three very different spaces coordinate for the ultimate upscale summertime parties!

June has been a wild month here at Corinthian Events - we've been planning and executing dinners, meetings, tours and activities all over New England. With staff all over Boston last week, we took to Instagram to share the fun.
It was all hands on deck at our headquarters in the Westin Waterfront, as we dispatched spouses on as many as 700 tours per day. Guests adventured in kayaks on the Charles River, explored Boston's culture with visits to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and jaunts along the Freedom Trail, and primped with manicures and blow outs! Meanwhile, the meeting attendees enjoyed content packed days – including one afternoon of meetings on the water in the Boston Harbor. For dinner, we transported our guests on luxury coaches via police escorts to Boston's most exclusive venues - The ICA, The Federal Courthouse, The JFK Library, and The Boston Public Library. The week ended with a day of activities at Courageous Sailing Center complete with a gourmet lobster bake – a true New England farewell. Here's our week on Instagram!
Don't worry, with all of the activity we have LOTS to share on the blog - check back for details from it all!
