Big Brothers Big Sisters Big Night Gala
Big Night is one of Boston’s most anticipated annual fundraisers, and Corinthian Events produces it from top to bottom. Each year centers on a new theme, and for the “New Orleans Street Style” concept, we set out to deliver a fully immersive French Quarter experience driven by nonstop entertainment.
As a certified booking agent, we sourced and negotiated all talent, securing Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue to open the night and Grace Potter to headline, along with a private acoustic VIP set. A DJ and a favorite local cover band rounded out the lineup, keeping the energy high through every stage flip and program moment.
To bring Bourbon Street to life, we layered entertainment throughout the room. Costumed dancers greeted guests and energized the crowd, while a six-piece brass band played at arrival and later roved the event, culminating in a lively second line parade captured via IMAG.
Our team managed all production details, including backline, riders, rehearsals, hospitality, transportation, and minute-by-minute timelines. The night ran seamlessly and left guests feeling completely transported, making Big Night once again one of Boston’s most memorable celebrations.
