During the planning stage, we always hope to "wow" a client with our initial concept. When this happens, we work especially hard to make sure all the concepts come to life. During one instance, with only three weeks to plan no less, we successfully brought a real-life gaming concept to fruition. What better way to celebrate a tech conference's final night, don't you agree?!
To set the scene, this event took place at the Seaport's Head House. We always try to put all scenarios into play, so, being an outdoor space, we made sure to have a 'rain backup' option should weather not cooperate. Luckily, it was the perfect night to be outdoors! We worked with many of our beloved vendor partners to bring in various elements of décor, from sleek & modern tables to a touch of rustic with our traditional farm tables. Drawing from our gaming concept inspiration, the client provided their own centerpieces: glass vases filled with Legos and interactive building block puzzles.
The centerpiece of the evening was the Interactive Giant Lite Brite. Throughout the night, guests could alter this piece to make their own designs!
LED ping pong and cornhole kept the crowd entertained throughout the evening. Guests could also showcase their more competitive side during a game of 4-person giant Pac-Man.
Now, these elements were impressive, but what might have been the best feature of the evening was the 'blender bike.' Picture this: Guests would pedal the wheels of the bike and it would blend them their own margarita, putting a whole new spin on working out to earn your cocktail!
We at Corinthian Events love a good challenge. When all the pieces finally come together AND when the client loves the outcome, it makes the long hours and hard work all worth it in the end!
