We will design each element of the event to tie into the theme - from the invitations, décor, specialty lighting and menu selections, to unique entertainment and music — We will create an event guests will talk about!

A Fabulous Lounge

As a thank you to employees, we created a unique lounge setting. Using all white the hotel ballroom was accented with the colors of the company inviting atmosphere. Tall tables, soft seating and a strolling dessert table helped
set the scene.

Big Brother of Massachusetts Bay
Big Night 2005 – Jamaica Mon’

Jamaica 1This evening was all about Jamaica and Reggae. Guests were welcomed to Jamaica for cocktails where they enjoyed tropical drinks from a 30’ x 30’ “Bomba Shack” with entertainment by a 25 piece steel drum band. When it was time for dinner a Caribbean dance troupe danced jamaica 2guests up to the ballroom of the Boston Convention Center for a seated dinner for 1,200 created by celebrity chefs. The ballroom design depicted the Reggae colors of red, green and gold as rows of tables, linens, chairs, flowers and pin spots created color blocks in the room. A 50’ Jamaican flag set the stage backdrop for Toots and the Maytals followed by headliner Ziggy Marley. A tiki lounge was created outside the ballroom complete with a tiki bar with a 16’ x 16’ suspended thatched roof and rattan seating.

Walk like an Egyptian
The theme of the evening was clear in every facet. The Hynes Convention Center was transformed into a fantastical Egyptian wonderland for 1,100 guests complete with a 20’ tall pyramid and pair of giant cobra snakes greeting guests as they entered. The sideline acts were the frosting on the cake as a snake charmer, a troupe of belly dancers and authentic Egyptian drummers set the scene for the headline entertainment ‘Earth, Wind & Fire.’

Cruising through the Holidays

Guests forgot the chills of winter as they entered the World Trade Center and spent their holiday party “in the islands”. If the palm trees and the sand castles didn’t make them feel like they were in the tropics, the smell of suntan lotion permeating from the scent machines made guests think twice. Giant palm trees decorated with white lights for the holidays made the existing columns in the center of the room part of the room décor. A dessert station was covered with candy treasure and featured a live pirate to add some playfulness to the evening.

Carnivale
Stilt walking entertainers combined with color, specialty lighting, some amazing linens and fun centerpieces created this playful and vibrant theme. Carnivale night was a wild success that also gave back to the community. The night was titled party with a purpose and guests were encouraged to bring toiletries or money which was donated to Rosie’s Place a women’s shelter in Boston.
Lovelane Fundraise “Hoedown”
Hoedown 1What better place for a hoedown for a non profit riding program than a former jumping field. It was all about barbeque, beers and great music. With local Celebrity Chefs cooking the meal and Peter Wolf and Molly Hatchet as the entertainment how could you hoedown 2go wrong?

And the Winner is...
What better way to enhance an awards ceremony that create a “Hollywood premiere.” Ambient and specialty lighting created excitement to what usually is a dining hall, as a dramatic stage backdrop set the scene for awards to be given.
Woodstock
It was all about the 70’s at this sales conference. To create Woodstock the first step was to Astroturf the entire hotel ballroom. Picnic tables and inflatable furniture provided alternative seating.
