| Rock ON! |

Tonight guests "rocked out" as they spent cocktail hour in the NYC club CBGB. Mohawk's, leather and spikes were everywhere in this "dark and dingy" club. When it was time for dinner, there was a quick stop at the "White Castle" bar and the arcade before moving into dinner. The ballroom design reflected Blondie's Parallel Lines album cover; She was the headline entertainment for the evening, followed by Cheap Trick. |

Walk like an Egyptian |
The
Hynes Convention Center was transformed into a fantastical
Egyptian wonderland for 1,100 guests complete with a 20
tall pyramid and pair of giant cobra snakes greeting guests
as they entered. The sideline acts were
the frosting on the cake as a snake charmer, a troupe
of belly dancers and authentic Egyptian drummers set the
scene for the headline entertainment Earth, Wind
& Fire. |

Hoedown |
|
What
better place for a hoedown for a non profit riding program
than a former jumping field. It was all about barbeque,
beers and great music. With local Celebrity Chefs
cooking the meal and Peter Wolf and Molly Hatchet as the
entertainment how could you go wrong?

Big Night 2005 Jamaica Mon |
|
This
evening was all about Jamaica and Reggae. Guests were
welcomed to Jamaica for cocktails where they enjoyed tropical
drinks from a 30 x 30 Bomba Shack
with entertainment by a 25 piece steel drum band. When
it was time for dinner a Caribbean dance troupe danced
guests
up to the ballroom of the Boston Convention Center for
a seated dinner for 1,200 created by celebrity chefs.
The ballroom design depicted the Reggae colors of red,
green and gold as rows of tables, linens, chairs, flowers
and pin spots created color blocks in the room. A 50
Jamaican flag set the stage backdrop for Toots and the
Maytals followed by headliner Ziggy Marley. A tiki lounge
was created outside the ballroom complete with a tiki
bar with a 16 x 16 suspended thatched roof
and rattan seating. |
